I’ve been in this exact place too and it took me more than three years to figure out how to get well again. This is the main reason I now coach women… to help them rediscover their strengths, passions and what really matters for their well being. Wherever you are on the daily spectrum of overwhelm, uncertainty or stress, always remember you can step back and ask yourself: Do I want to continue to live my life this stagnant & unhappy way? From Busy to Blissful includes:
Nine 45 minute sessions throughout the 3 months (via Zoom, WhatsApp or phone, three calls per month). A welcome packet to help you clarify your goals and intentions & get us on the same page so we know what we will accomplish together.
Free email support and check-ins for the duration of our coaching sessions. You’ll receive encouraging and action-oriented followup emails from me, including your goals written out in detail, to support and move you through your week.
Throughout the 3 months you’ll get step by step guidance with written and video exercises and practical tools with proven strategies. We’ll look at your “why” and your “why not”, your limiting beliefs and create empowering new beliefs that make lasting change.
This package gives us enough time to determine what is and isn’t working in your life, what your values are and improve your lifestyle, resilience, confidence to stand in your happiness. This is deeply transformative change…together.
Half way through the three month process we’ll take some specific time to revisit the goals & visions you started with. Together, we’ll reevaluate, re-frame if needed & get you re-inspired. Throughout the process you’ll be checking in with yourself and notice changes becoming part of your everyday life.
